Warmly celebrate the successful delivery of two D4750mm Arc heaters for JJPEC&Andritz Indonesia OKI project

Recently, our company sent two heat exchangers to the site of OKI plant in Indonesia successfully. The heat exchanger tube, tube-sheet and channel are all made of S32750, and the weight of a single equipment is up to 120 tons. Junye overcome the impact of the high workload and meet customer pick-up time while ensuring product quality.

Toyo DPE CP-2 Project Project Successfully Delivered

Recently, JJPEC successfully delivered Toyo DPE CP-2 Project . The CP-2 Project is a new prject, the reactor tower that JJPEC manufactured is the key equipment. This equipment is featured as large size, heavy weight and high manufacturing requirements, especially the control of orality and tray spacing is very strict. In order to ensure the installation accuracy of the tower tray, JJPEC worked with Toyo Engineering and tower internals manufacturers, send tower internals to JJPEC workshop for trial installation of each layer of the tray. The successful delivery of this project has been highly praised by customers, demonstrating that JJPEC has always adhered to the vision of providing customers with high-quality products.

Successfully passed the joint inspection of ASME Qualification renewal

  From October 19 to 21, 2022, three experts of ASME Joint Inspection Team conducted a three-day review of ASME "U" and "U2" certificates of our company. This review adopted the "online + offline" joint review method. Mr. Ren Hualin, chairman of the company, warmly welcomed the arrival of the expert group. He asked all responsible people to attach great importance to the review , treat it seriously and actively cooperate with the review work. He looked forward to the experts' valuable opinions and suggestions in the review process to promote the company's continuous progress. After strict examination, the review team fully affirmed the operation of ASME system, product process control, technical expertise level and product quality of the company.     Since the company obtained ASME certification in 2004, it has completed nearly 2000 sets of U&U2 stamping products. The successful passing of ASME certificate renewal review once again proves that JUNYE has a high level in ASME product design, manufacturing, quality management and other aspects. In the future, the company will make unremitting efforts to improve, and strive to provide more high-quality and efficient products and services for customers all over the word.
