(Summary description)The E871 heat exchanger project, which is a collaboration between Junye Company and a large American gas company, has opened the door to cooperation between Junye and Industrial Gas Company in the field of heat exchangers. Both sides attach great importance to this project and hope to seek in-depth cooperation in heat exchanger equipment.
This project has very high cleaning requirements, and the heat exchange tube needs to be cleaned with oxygen. The entire process is checked with a purple light and there should be no dust or impurities. The entire process is completed in the purification workshop.
The final project was successfully shipped on February 28, 2020, and the process quality was recognized by the customer. This project is jointly completed by the production department and quality control department. It was precisely because of their meticulous attitude towards the project and accurate grasp of customer requirements that we ultimately achieved success. This has also laid a solid foundation for in-depth cooperation with industrial gas companies in heat exchanger projects in the future.
