(Summary description)In response to the needs of increasing production capacity and waste heat recovery in the carbon black industry, Junye Company has recently designed and produced high-temperature air preheaters and waste heat recovery devices for the carbon black industry, starting from process assurance and structural optimization. The device will be put into use at the Longxing Carbon Black Plant in Shahe, Hebei in July this year. The high-temperature air preheater of Junye Company is calculated using ASPEN heat transfer software. The calculation conditions include flue gas inlet 900 ℃, outlet 620 ℃, air inlet 80 ℃, and outlet 800 ℃; (Can be designed separately according to the user's process conditions), the lower tube plate adopts a double-layer tube plate with protective gas structure (different from the single-layer tube plate structure of 650 ℃ air preheater), the upper part adopts thermal compensation elements, and the entire equipment uses ANASY software for thermal stress analysis, which can ensure the reliability of the equipment.
